Understanding Special and Consolation Prizes
In addition to 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, a standard 4D draw lists ten Special (or Starter) numbers and ten Consolation numbers.
Special / Starter
These ten numbers form a middle prize tier. Matching any one of them (under the rules of your bet type) wins the Special/Starter prize. The order in which they appear on the board does not create sub-ranks among the ten.
Consolation
The ten Consolation numbers form the lowest of the standard prize tiers for the main 4D game. Again, matching any of the ten is sufficient for that tier.
Fixed vs. variable payouts
For many bet types, Special and Consolation pay fixed amounts per unit stake. Top prizes may be fixed or pool-based depending on the operator. Always refer to the operator’s current prize table.
Empty or “----” slots
Some operators occasionally show a placeholder (for example ----) in a Special or Consolation position. That slot is not a winning number.
